According to Ayurveda, there are three equally important aspects to brain longevity: learning and comprehension, processing and retaining knowledge, and memory (or recall). All must be at their peaks for best mental performance. In this session, discuss research done throughout the past 20 years by The Alzheimer’s Research & Prevention Foundation. This course delves into the pillars of Alzheimer’s prevention, along with topics of memory decline, medications, sleep, lifestyle and dietary needs, and offers science-based suggestions for brain health.
